Credits are the platform's internal currency and never expire. Every day you get 1 free operation on the basic tools; after that, each operation costs 1 credit. Files larger than 100 MB or with very complex geometries cost more credits depending on their size or complexity, and we show you the cost before charging when it is more than 1 credit. With an active monthly plan, the included operations don't use credits.
The calculators (coordinates, datum, distances and DMS) are free for single conversions; their batch mode costs 1 credit. File tools (buffer, clip, union, conversion and similar) include 1 free operation per day and then cost 1 credit per operation. The technical boundary report costs 30 credits, with 2 free reports per account. In the Workspace, 1 import and 1 export per day are free and then cost 1 credit each. The AI assistant includes 1 free query per day; after that it is charged from 1 credit depending on what each query consumes.
Standard includes 200 operations per month with files of up to 500 MB; Premium, 1,000 operations with files of up to 2 GB. An operation is each file or layer you process with a tool (buffer, clip, conversion, Workspace import and similar). Individual calculators and the AI assistant do not use operations. If you run out of operations for the month you can keep going with credits; they reset when you renew your 30-day plan.
No, credits have no expiration date. Once acquired, they remain in your account until you use them, regardless of the time that passes.
Acquired credits are not refundable once they have been added to your account. We recommend trying the free tools before acquiring credits.
