This Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which Geoprocesamiento Online uses and protects the information provided by its users when using its website. We are committed to the security of our users' data.

We can collect the following personal information:

- Transaction History (credits and payments)
- IP Address and Navigation Data
- Files and geospatial data you upload for processing (e.g. layers, coordinates, analysis results)
- Access authorizations (tokens) for the applications or AI agents you connect
2. Use of the Information Collected
We use this information to provide better service, maintain user records, improve the user experience, and enable advanced tool functionality through the credit system. It may also be used to send promotional emails about new features or services — always with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
Some data is processed by external providers acting on our instructions: artificial intelligence providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for the Workspace assistant, payment processors (PayPal, Wompi), and cloud storage providers (Cloudflare, Railway). 3. ChatGPT app and AI agents
If you connect our app in ChatGPT (or in another MCP-compatible AI agent), you authorize that agent to use our tools on behalf of your account. We only receive the arguments of each tool call (the GIS files you attach, parameters such as distances or coordinate systems, and the identifiers of your layers) and an access token; we do not receive the rest of your conversation.
We return to the agent only the result your request needs: generated files, created layers, field names, statistics or attribute tables. ChatGPT and OpenAI process that information under their own privacy policy.
Tools that receive a file download it from the HTTPS address provided by the agent and keep a temporary copy to process it. The free-form code tool runs a script in an isolated container with no network access, on GitHub Actions; the temporary files of that run are deleted when it ends. Files you attach from an AI agent are not stored in the quality-control copy described below.
4. Retention periods
We keep data only as long as needed for each purpose:
- Files attached from an AI agent and their results: 7 days. A daily automatic task deletes expired ones.
- Results of heavy operations run in the background from the web tools: 7 days.
- Access authorizations of AI agents: they expire after 30 days without use and, at most, 90 days after being granted; revoked ones are kept for 30 more days to detect misuse and are then deleted.
- GIS Workspace layers, tables, styles and assistant messages: until you delete them or request the deletion of your account.
- Quality-control copy: to verify that the tools work correctly, we keep a copy of the files you process in the web tools or import into the Workspace, together with their result. It is kept until our team reviews and deletes it; you can request its deletion at any time.
5. Who we share your data with
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf, by category:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Railway (server and database) and Cloudflare (delivery network, protection and file storage).
- Artificial intelligence: Anthropic (Workspace assistant) and OpenAI (ChatGPT, when you connect the app).
- Isolated code execution: GitHub (GitHub Actions), only when your request uses the free-form code tool.
- Payments: PayPal and Wompi.
- Technical error monitoring: Sentry, without automatically sending personal data.
We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies (always active, necessary for the site to function) and analytics/marketing cookies (only activated if you explicitly accept them in the cookie notice).
